Girls defeat Brooklyn Center 50-37

The girls defeated Brooklyn Center 50-37 tonight to improve to 12-3. Ana Hughes led the Aggies with 16 points, Bailey Larkin scored 12 points and Amelia Knapp scored 8. Saint Agnes will host Saint Anthony next Tuesday at 7:00 pm.

Wrestlers defeat Trinity 39-38

The Aggies defeated Trinity at River Ridge tonight 39-38 to improve to 5-1 in the Tri Metro Conference. Saint Agnes is 10-5 overall. They will travel to the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted tournamnet Saturday. Congratulations to senior Wyatt Lanning who picked up his 100th win. The first Aggie to do so.

Girls defeat Concordia 42-36

The girls basketball team defeated Concordia Academy 42-36 tonight in Tri Metro Conference action. The Aggies were led by K’Lynn Lewis with 16 points and Maria Turch with 12 points. Saint Agnes Improves to 11-2 overall and 2-2 in conference play. The Aggies will travel to St. Croix Lutheran next Tuesday. 5:30 JV and 7:00

Wrestlers complete another sweep

The Aggie wrestling team defeated Prairie Seeds Academy 66-12 and Minnehaha Academy/DeLaSalle 51-24 in tonight’s triangular in Bandas Gymnasium. The Aggies are now 8-5 on the season.    

Lanning takes 1st at Cannon Falls Tournament

Senior Wrestler Wyatt Lanning captured first place today at the Cannon Falls wrestling tournament. Lanning is just a few wins away from 100 career wins. Elie Doby, Pasha Hickman and Nguyen Phan all finished 4th.

Girls defeat Fridley 54-41

The girls basketball team got their first conference win of the season defeating Fridley 54-41 tonight in Bandas Gym. Maria Turch led all scorers with 21 points. Michaela Murray scored 10 while Adaya Sandifer had 10 points. K’Lynn Lewis and Maria Gutzmann each had 7. The girls improve to 10-2 on the season.

Boys Basketball to Play for Championship

The boys basketball team defeated Minnesota Transitions 58-48 in overtime to earn a spot in the championship game of the Trinity School tournament. Liam Skulley scored 19 points to lead the Aggies. The girls basketball team defeated Minneapolis Edison 48-35 in the opening round of the Saint Agnes/Davanni’s Holiday Invitational tonight. Boys Defeat Humboldt at the Buzzer

The boys basketball team defeated St. Paul Humboldt 63-62 on a last second shot by Liam Skulley in the opening round of the Trinity basketball tournament. Skulley had 32 points and 5 rebounds to lead the Aggies. Gary Smith contributed 12 points and 14 rebounds. Cahlil Golden scored 10 points and Brandon Plasch added 7.
