The girls basketball team defeated Minneapolis Edison 48-35 in the opening round of the Saint Agnes/Davanni’s Holiday Invitational tonight. The boys basketball team defeated St. Paul Humboldt 63-62 on a last second shot by Liam Skulley in the opening round of the Trinity basketball tournament. The boys basketball team improved to 4-0 with today’s 89-20 win over North Lakes Academy in Bandas Gymnasium. Six Aggies scored in double figures. The Girls basketball team opened the season defeating Christian Life Academy 59-43 tonight in Farmington, MN. The Aggies were led by Maria Turch with 15 points and 7 rebounds. All Saint Agnes winter sports teams will have team and individual photos taken Tuesday, December 8 in Bandas Gymnasium.
